Christy Henderson is an Emmy- Award winning journalist and chief meteorologist. She serves at the WSPA meteorology team. Christy joined this station in 2003. Her forecasts air on every weekday at 4,5,6,7,10 as well as 11 pm every evening. She started her career at Waco which is based in Texas. She worked at this station for 8 months as the weekend meteorologist.
Later on, Christy moved to New Orleans and served at WVUE, the Fox Affiliate. While there, She served as the weekend meteorologist for more than three years and was later promoted to forecast the weekday weather at 5 pm.
