Chris Voss is an American businessman, author, and academic. He is a former FBI hostage negotiator and the CEO of The Black Swan Group Ltd, a company registered in East Grinstead, England. Chris co-authored the book Never Split the Difference. He serves as an adjunct professor at Harvard Law School, Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, and a lecturer at the Marshall School of Business at University of Southern California.

He uses his many years of experience in international crises and high-stakes negotiations to develop a unique program and team that applies these globally proven techniques to the business world. During Chris’s 24 year tenure in the Bureau, he became trained in the art of negotiation by not only the FBI but Scotland Yard and Harvard Law School.
