Chris Tarrant (Full Name: Christopher John Tarrant) is a renowned OBE English broadcaster, television personality, and former radio DJ. He serves as a presenter in Chris Tarrant: Extreme Railways for Channel 5 since 2012. He has also presented the ITV children’s television show Tiswas from 1974 to 1981 and Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? from 1998 to 2014.
Moreover, his career kicked off when he was hired by the since-dissolved television network ATV from 1972 to 1982. From 1984 to 2004, he was a Capital Radio host presenting the early-morning show Capital Breakfast. In addition, he received an OBE in 2004 for his charity work, especially on behalf of disadvantaged children.
