Fresh pesto + pasta

Ingredients:
3 c fresh basil or kale leaves
¾ c whole raw almonds
1 clove of garlic, roughly chopped
½ -3/4 c extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
touch of soy sauce or a pinch of sea salt

Directions:
Pulse greens, almonds, garlic, and ½ tsp sea salt in a food processor to combine. Add oil gradually, processing until mixture is finely chopped, about 1 minute. Pulse in lemon juice. Add to your favorite pasta and serve.
