Balaji Srinivasan ( Full Name: Balaji S. Srinivasan) is a popular American angel investor, technology entrepreneur, and executive who was the co-founder of Counsyl, the former Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Coinbase, and a former general partner at the venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz. He is the author of his book The Network State: How To Start a New Country.
Balaji is an Angel Investor at balajis.com. He is also a Co-founder and Board Member of Coin Center. In 2007, Balaji co-founded genetic testing company Counsyl, which provided tests to prospective parents to screen for Mendelian diseases.
