Julie launched her job at KARE-TV in September 2003. Currently, her role is to anchor the 5, 6 as well as 10 p.m. newscasts. Prior to joining KARE-TV, Julie worked for KSTP channel 5 (ABC affiliate). There, she anchored the 6 p.m. and also 10 p.m. newscasts. Some months after arriving at KSTP, Julie was named the “Best Newcomer” by Mpls. St.Paul Magazine.
