Ann Coulter ( Full name: Ann Hart Coulter) is an American author, conservative media pundit, syndicated columnist, and lawyer. She became famous for her role as a media pundit in the late 1990s. Ann appeared in print and as an outspoken critic of the Clinton administration on cable news.
She authored her first book which was concerned with the impeachment of Bill Clinton. She sprang from her experience writing legal briefs for Paula Jones’s attorneys, and columns she wrote about the cases. Her syndicated column for Universal Press Syndicate appears in newspapers and is also featured on conservative websites. So far, Ann has published 13 books.

She was born to John Vincent Coulter (1926–2008) and Nell Husbands Coulter (née Martin; 1928–2009) in New York City.
