She is currently a meteorologist at CBS2 and KCAL9 in LA, where she joined in September 2012. Prior to CBS2, Amber was a reporter and fill-in meteorologist at KOAT-TV in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
She attended California State University in Northridge, California for her bachelor’s degree in communication studies. Amber then proceeded to Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut from where she graduated with a master’s degree in journalism.
