Ron Darling (Full Name: Ronald Maurice Darling Jr.) is an American tv sports commentator and former baseball player. He is the color commentator for national baseball coverage on TBS and Mets on both WPIX and SNY. As a baseball player, he battled and threw right and played for New York Mets, Oakland Athletics, and also Montreal Expos. Ron retired in 1995 playing for the Oakland Athletics.
