He currently serves as the host of a podcast called. This Past Weekend. Also, Theo occasional co-host The King and the Sting podcast along with fellow comedian Brendan Schaub.

He professional launched his career in entertainment at age of  19 when he starred in MTV’s Road Rules: Maximum Velocity Tour in 2000.  Theo was recruited to the show while still a student at Louisiana State University. He was on four seasons of MTV’s reality game show  called The Challenge after his season of Road Rules. The show formerly known as Real World/Road Rules Challenge. The Challenge was a spin off of The Real World and Road Rules of MTV.

In 2002, Theo was part of the cast of the seasons Battle of the Seasons , The Gauntlet  from 2003 to 2004, Battle of the Sexes II from 2004 to 2005, as well as Fresh Meat  in 2006.
