Brar opened “Morisco” a seafood restaurant at Fort Aguada Beach Resort in Goa in 2001. He also opened “il Camino” an Italian restaurant and “Fishtail” a small open-air barbeque eatery.
Moreover, he opened “Banq”, a fine Franco-Asian restaurant in Boston, Massachusetts, in the United States, which was later closed. Brar was appointed Corporate Chef for the One World Hospitality Group. He also joined Novotel, Juhu Beach, Mumbai, as the Senior Executive Chef back in India. Furthermore, he designed a menu for the MTV India chain of restaurants, launched by Viacom’s 18 consumer products wing.
He has now opened several restaurants in India. Brar toured different cities in India alongside Mercedes-Benz India via the Ranveer Brar Culinary Academy. Additionally, he opened an Indian restaurant in Dubai Festival City Mall named Kashkan in September 2023.
