Paul Morton is an American Baptist pastor, recording artist, and author. He served as the senior pastor of Changing a Generation Full Gospel Baptist Church in Atlanta, Georgia.
Paul is also a co-pastor of Greater St. Stephen Full Gospel Baptist Church in New Orleans, Louisiana. Additionally, he is the founder of the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship, International.

Later, in 2021, Paul announced that both he and his wife and co-pastor, Debra, will indeed retire in July. He named his successor son-in-law Tyron Robinson.
