Mike Gonzalez is a British historian and literary critic. He served as a Professor of Latin American Studies in the Hispanics Department of the University of Glasgow. Mike has written widely on Latin America, especially Cuba and the Cuban Revolution of 1959, and characterizes Cuba as a state-capitalist economy rather than a socialist one. He is the Angeles T. Arredondo E Pluribus Unum Senior Fellow at The Heritage Foundation.
Additionally, Mike writes on Critical Race Theory, identity politics, diversity, multiculturalism, assimilation, and nationalism, as well as foreign policy in general.
