Mike Dolce is an American trainer, weight-cut coach, strength and conditioning coach, author, nutrition, and fitness expert. He is also a motivational speaker and a former mixed martial artist. Mike is best known for managing the weight cuts of UFC athletes such as Johny Hendricks, Thiago Alves, and Ronda Rousey. He became voted as 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016 World MMA Trainer of the Year.
Mike transformed the fitness industry with his straightforward approach to health and wellness by following evidence-based scientific protocols by his stable of Olympic and world-class athletes. In 2012 he became selected to create and lead the only diet and exercise program ever endorsed by the Ultimate Fighting Championship, UFC FIT.

Method
Boil a cup of water on the stove and mix the desired amount into the dry ingredients (adding less water for a thicker texture, more water for a soupy texture).
