Michael McIntyre ( Full name: Michael Hazen James McIntyre) is an American writer, English comedian, and television presenter. It was announced on December 14, 2010, that in 2011, Michael would join the ITV talent show Britain’s Got Talent as a judge alongside David Hasselhoff and Amanda Holden.
Michael and Hasselhoff took over from Piers Morgan and Simon Cowell. However, Cowell returned for the live shows and Hasselhoff was only the additional fourth judge. Following the series, Michael announced that he would not be returning and he handed over the role to Alesha Dixon.
