Luke James is a popular American singer, songwriter, and actor who started his musical career singing background for R&B artist Tyrese, where he met and became soon trained for many years by Super producers The Underdogs with an acquaintance, Quentin, under Luke & Q.
He became signed directly to J Records by Clive Davis himself and afterward wrote songs for musicians like Chris Brown, Britney Spears, and Justin Bieber. In 2011, Luke released his first mixtape, #Luke. #Luke’s critically acclaimed single “I Want You” gave him a Best R&B Performance nomination at the 56th Annual Grammy Awards.
