Lorraine Kelly is a Scottish journalist and television presenter. She previously presented various Tv shows for ITV, including Good Morning Britain, GMTV, This Morning, Daybreak, The Sun Military Awards, and her eponymous program Lorraine.
Lorraine was appointed Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in the 2012 New Year Honours for services to charity. She was promoted to Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in the 2020 Birthday Honours for services to broadcasting, journalism, and charity.

Rustic, no-knead bread
Ingredients
3 1/2 cups / 455g bread flour
2 tsp active dry yeast
2 tsp fresh rosemary
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups / 300ml warm water, plus a few tablespoons more
Method
Mix all dry ingredients together, then stir in water. Cover and let sit at room temp for 2 hours. Preheat the oven to 450; put the pizza stone in the oven while it preheats. Add a bowl of water underneath the pizza stone to create steam.
Flour the work surface; the bread will be sticky. No kneading! Shape into a ball shape. Put the loaf on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Cut lines on top. Transfer the bread to the preheated pizza stone. Bake for around 30 minutes and let cool before slicing
