Jordana Spiro is an American writer, director, and actress. She has starred in s number of films and tv series such as Netflix’s Ozark and the TBS comedy television program titled My Boys. Jordana’s debut feature titled Night Comes On premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2018.
It was directed and co-written by herself (with Angelica Nwandu). Jordana developed the film at the Sundance Institute’s Directors, Screenwriters, and Composers Labs. Also, she developed it through a Cinereach development grant. Jordana’s short titled Skin, which premiered at Sundance won her the Women In Film Productions award. as well as the Honorable Mention Award at SXSW, shown at AFI, Palm Springs, and Telluride, among others. She earned her MFA in Film from Columbia University in 2015. Also, Jordana received the Adrienne Shelly Foundation Fellowship.
