– Level 1 — Position. This is the entry-level, lowest level of leadership, the only level that requires no ability or effort to achieve.
– Level 2 — Permission. It is based on relationships that people choose to follow because they want to. People give the leader Permission to lead them.
– Level 3 — Production. At this level, the best leaders know how to motivate their people to GTD i.e Get Things Done.
– Level 4 — People Development. This is the reproduction level where the main goal is to identify and develop as many leaders as you can by investing in them and helping them grow.
– Level 5 — Pinnacle. This is the highest level and the most challenging to attain. Pinnacle level requires longevity and intentionality. One can not reach here unless he/she is willing to invest his/her life into the lives of others for the long haul.
