John Bosa ( Full Name: John Wilfred Bosa) is a popular former American football defensive end who played three seasons for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League (NFL). He is known as a dad to Nick Bosa a football defensive end for the San Francisco 49ers of the NFL and Joey Bosa a linebacker for the Los Angeles Chargers.
John played football for Keene High School in Keene, New Hampshire, and received a full athletic scholarship to play football for the Boston College Eagles. He received numerous awards for his stellar performance with the Boston College football team, the Eagles. John represented the Eagles in the 1982 Tangerine Bowl, the 1983 Liberty Bowl, and the 1985 Cotton Bowl championship. He also co-captained the Eagles’ 1986 Hall of Fame Bowl championship team.
John played at the Orange Bowl, one of the most famous college football games. John was inducted into the Boston College Varsity Club Athletic Hall of Fame in 1996. Following quitting his career, John began investing in real estate and businesses. John rented out a building in South Beach and opened a gym with his brother-in-law, Eric Kumerow. His gym became successful, making him open other fitness facilities around South Florida.
