He is best known for being the founder of ‘ATHLEAN-X.’ Jeff is a “strength and conditioning specialist,” who has been certified by the ‘National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He rose to prominence as a trainer after becoming the head physical therapist of the famous American baseball team, ‘The New York Mets.’
Also, Jeff worked as the assistant strength coach of the team, He had the privilege of being the personal trainer of the team’s star player David Wright.
