Howard is the sports programming director for the Philadelphia Fox affiliate WTXF-TV. Additionally, he contributes to athletics-themed programs on WIP-FM 94.1 Philadelphia. 

Immediately after graduating from Philadelphia’s Northeast High School, Howard worked as a sound engineer for his home city’s WFIL-AM radio station. While there, he gave sports a new look on the ESPN show and also hosted a national radio program by name Let’s Talk Sports.
