Elyse’s hometown is rust belt, Youngstown. Dayton reminds her a lot of home, which is why Elyse think she loves the area and the hard-working blue-collar people who live there. So far, Elyse has worked at several stations in her career as a journalist. She started her career earlier than most. During her senior year of college, Elyse was already working.
She had the privilege of working at WSYX/WTTE based in Columbus, Ohio. Elyse couldn’t have asked for a better place to start her career, and better people to work with. After leaving Columbus, Eylee moved out of state for the first time in her life. She was fortunate enough to get a morning anchor position at a small station based in Winchester, Virginia.
