Collier Landry is a popular American cinematographer, speaker, and podcaster best known for his documentary A Murder in Mansfield (2017).
This documentary is based on his real life, it talks about how his father brutally murdered his mother when he was 11-years-old. His parents fell in love at a very young age and officially wedded in 1968 when his father was 17 years and his mother was 19 years.
A decade later they welcomed their first child and later adopted their daughter Elizabeth. His father committed the inhuman act in 1989 at around 3 a.m in the morning. After killing Noreen, he buried her in a shelving Unit by pouring concrete. John buried her in the house they bought with his mistress. The body was later discovered two weeks later and his father was ruled guilty and sent to prison.
Currently, he hosts a true-crime podcast titled Moving Past Murder, where he offers therapy on self reconciliation for his listeners who are undergoing betrayal and dark trauma in their lives. Landry does everything to help everyone undergoing what he underwent through.
