Chris Arnold is an American journalist. He currently serves as an NPR correspondent based in Boston. Since 2001, he has been covering Money and Life. Before Boston, Chris was based in San Francisco and he traveled the country for the network doing feature stories on entrepreneurship. Currently, Chris focuses on educating people on how to make smart financial choices and All Things Economics. Also, he teaches Radio Journalism at Yale University.
Over his career at NPR, Chris has covered a range of other subjects such as Katrina recovery in New Orleans, the Gulf Coast, immigrant workers in the fishing industry, as well as a new kind of table saw that won’t cut your fingers off. Chris was given a golden chance to go to Turin, Italy, for NPR’s coverage of the 2006 Winter Olympics.
