Charlie received nominations for SAG Awards and Young Artist Awards for the role. He was made the lead of the Netflix horror film titled Eli and the coming-of-age psychological thriller titled John and the Hole. Also, Charlie appeared in the comedy film titled Troop Zero.
In 2015, he made his acting debut with the war drama titled Man Down where he played the son of Shia Lebeouf and Kate Mara’s character. The film was directed by Ditto Montiel.
