rowing up, Blessing was underweight and wasn’t always a picture of strength or success. Initially, gym was his olny obby through which he hoped to gain some strength and size. During that time, his priorities lay in academia. He hoped that he’d enroll in a great college after earning his high school diploma. However, his dream of becoming an academic was shattered.
Blessed realized he couldn’t join a college that he wanted and so he turned to the only outlet that he had left, bodybuilding. For bodybuilders hoping to do well in the industry in the future, Social media is an extremely important, valuable tool to them. It’s nearly impossible to reach or communicate with these people without social media. His first international show, and PRO Qualifier was IFBB Diamond Cup in the Czech Republic in May 2017.
Blessing on the super heavy weight class and the Overall title, winning him the Pro card. He did not stop there. A week later he flew to Portugal where he competed at the IFBB Diamond Cup, Espinho. Also, Blessing won the super heavy weight class and the Overall title, winning his second Pro Card – 3 Overall’s in 2 months.

He only knew of one place that could help him vent his frustrations after his dreams in academia were shattered, the weight room. From that moment on, Blessed decided to take the bodybuilding lifestyle more seriously. He would even pursue it as his career if the right opportunities would arise. His physique started looking muscular and strong at the age of 18. Blessing decided to test his improved physique by competing in a bodybuilding contest because he was thrilled with his own progress.
He trained hard day in and day out and also practiced the traditional bodybuilder’s poses. Ultimately, Blessing ended up in the 4th place in the contest. He discovered that he should’ve been in the junior category.Blessed received positive feedback from the judges and talked to Tony Freeman about improvements. Blessing knew there was no turning back from the moment he stepped on the bodybuilding stage for the first time. He was over the moon and knew he would be back with a bang after he was hooked up.
