Ben Van Beurden ( Real Name: Bernardus Cornelis Adriana Margriet) is a popular Dutch businessman who worked as the CEO of Shell plc from 2014 to 2022. From January 2023 to June 2023, Ben worked as an Adviser to the Board of Directors at Shell. Ben joined Shell in 1983. During Ben’s time as head of Shell, the company was ordered by a Netherlands court to reduce its carbon emissions by 45% by 2030.
