She joined the NBC sports network in July 2011, where she replaced Andrea Kremer and rejoined former co-worker and announcer, Al Michaels. Michele also covers swimming during the Summer Olympics for NBC. Prior to joining NBC, she worked at WCCO Radio in Minneapolis, Minnesota, as a talk show host.
