Judge Charles Ramos dismissed the claims against all defendants on May 16, 2018, arguing that those against Masterson should have been filed in the jurisdiction of California Ramos expressed frustration with the claims against Asterios as to the poor drafting of the complaint and its lack of specific evidence.
