Banjo and his brother Jordan formed Swift Moves with nine of their friends in 2007. They then changed the name to Diversity and he was nicknamed ‘Chosen’ by his fellow Diversity members. The group won the Street Dance Weekend 2007 competition before deciding to enter Britain’s Got Talent. Moreover, the group participated in the third series of the ITV talent show Britain’s Got Talent in 2009, where all the judges voted “yes”.
They won the competition and they received £100,000. The team also went on to perform before Queen Elizabeth at the Royal Variety Show on December 7, 2009. Further, the team was nominated in the Dance section of the final South Bank Show awards and won an award at the Pride of Britain Awards. He choreographed a tour for Diversity called Limitless in 2013 ad partnered with detergent brand Persil and TV channel Sky Nature in 2021.
