Amanda Staveley ( Full Name: Amanda Louise Staveley) is a popular British business executive who is the Director of Newcastle United alongside Yasir Al-Rumayyan and Jamie Reuben. She is recognized chiefly for her connections with Middle Eastern investors. Amanda helped a Saudi consortium take over Newcastle United in a deal completed in October 2021. She is also the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the PCP Capital Partners group of companies.
In 2008, Amanda played a famous role in the investment of £7.3 billion in Barclays by the ruling families of Abu Dhabi and Qatar, as well as by the Qatari sovereign wealth fund.
