He is best known for his work in comics and video games such as Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint, The Only Living Boy, Vampire, Box 13, High Moon, Yours Truly, The Masquerade, Johnny Dollar, and ‘The Only Living Girl’. David’s clients include Harris Publications, the CBLDF, Marvel Comics, and McGraw-Hill. Also, he helped create ad campaigns for the New York City Police Department.

Also, David taught a comics class to seniors and juniors where the work of Garth Ennis and Warren Ellis included as part of the curriculum.

He drew a crude version of his résumé as a six-panel comic strip after graduating from Goddard. David faxed it to Marvel Comics. He received a call the next day to work as an intern at Marvel for the Interactive and Marketing department. David was hired after a week as the department production editor. His major role was editing digital comics, researching material, training interns, writing character biographies, as well as developing websites.
At Marvel, his work as a creator includes Hulk: Winter Guard and Darkstar and the Winter Guard. David met Joe Gentile of Moonstone Books in late 2001 at the Detroit Motor City Comic-Con.
