Zach Braff is an American actor and filmmaker. He became known for his role as J.D. on the NBC/ABC television series Scrubs. Zach was nominated for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series in 2005 and three Golden Globe Awards from 2005 to 2007.
He starred in The Broken Hearts Club: A Romantic Comedy, The Last Kiss, The Ex, and In Dubious Battle. In addition, Zach has done voice work for Chicken Little 2005, Oz the Great and Powerful, and the Netflix series Bojack Horseman. He has also appeared on stage in All New People, which he wrote and starred in. It premiered in New York City in 2011 before playing in London’s West End.
