Bill Whittle (Full name: William Alfred Whittle) is an American  YouTuber and conservative political commentator. He currently serves as the co-host of Right Angle where he works alongside Stephen Green and Scott Ott who are also his former fellow co-hosts of Trifecta. As the presenter of Afterburner and The Firewall, Bill has made videos for PJ Media.

Bill wrote his first book titled Silent America: Essays from a Democracy at War which was published in 2004. He was born to his father William Joseph Whittle and a British woman in New York City, New York, United States of America. His father served as a hotel manager. Bill has three younger siblings. He spent his youth in Bermuda attending Warwick Academy and Saltus Grammar School. He then moved to South Florida in the early 1970s with his family. Bill started working at the Miami Space Transit Planetarium at the age of 13. After a few months working there, the then-director Jack Horkheime promoted Bill to be a console operator.

While helping friends make Super 8 short films, Bill developed an interest in filmmaking and he founded a short-lived studio called Mindfire Films, Inc., in the late 1970s.

Some of his early influences include Mike Jittlov’s The Wizard of Speed and Time. Bill joined the University of Florida as a theater major in 1979. While in college, he wrote and directed the short film The Pigeon Hole. This film became a national finalist in the Student Academy Awards competition.

He dropped out of college after losing his financial aid for failing to maintain the required grade point average. He joined a volunteer company of actors, directors, and set designers in the summer of 1983 who put on-stage performances to sponsor a fundraiser for the Boca Raton Hotel’s Caldwell Playhouse.
