Scott Mosier is a Canadian, American-born actor, writer, podcaster, editor, film producer, and film director. He is best known for his work with director Kevin Smith. Scott and Kevin occasionally co-host the weekly podcast called SModcast. Scott met Kevin Vancouver Film School in Canada where they both attended.
Mae Day: The Crumbling of a Documentary was their first assignment. It was a student film documentary that fell apart in production. The pair interviewed the crew about the demise of the very documentary that they had been attempting to produce in an attempt to salvage it. Also, they o added a segment in which both of them were shown in silhouette describing their fictional thoughts.
Kevin decided to drop out four months into the eight-month program but made a deal with Scott that each would start writing a script of his own and either of them who fishes first would help the other to finish his film too.
