Victoria Recaño is an American tv personality who currently works for Inside Edition. Previously, Victoria served as a special correspondent and media expert for TV Guide Network. She as well co-anchored the 6 pm and 10 pm news on KTLA, a Los Angeles television station. She held that position from September 14, 2009, until late May 2010.
Victoria left the show with no announcement by either her or KTLA management. Before she began co-anchoring for KTLA, Victoria served as a correspondent and host on The Insider. Victoria auditioned for a kids’ show on local station KPLR-TV, called Team 11 at the age of 15. The show was looking for young people aged between 13 and 23 years who were capable of singing, dancing, and acting for an after-school television variety show.
Victoria was chosen and she became one of four reporters on the show to produce news featurettes on various subjects including the environment, divorce, depression, and anorexia. Also, the journalist hosted a show called The Disney Afternoon that won two Emmy Awards.
