Liev Schreiber is an American actor, director, screenwriter, producer, and narrator. He is known for his role in several independent films, and later mainstream Hollywood films like Scream, Ransom, Phantoms, The Hurricane, The Sum of All Fears, and The Manchurian Candidate among others. He lent his voice in animated films like Isle of Dogs, My Little Pony: The Movie, and Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.
Also, he has performed in several Broadway productions and won Tony Award for Best Featured Actor in a Play for his performance in the play Glengarry Glen Ross in 2005. In 2005, he made his debut as a film director and writer with Everything Is Illuminated. Moreover, he narrated the HBO documentary, “Magic & Bird: A Courtship of Rivals” in 2010.
