Kate McKinnon is an American actress, comedian, and writer. She became known for her character work and celebrity impressions on the sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live from 2012 to 2022.
On the show, Kate was a cast member for eleven seasons and also worked on The Big Gay Sketch Show from 2007 to 2010. She has appeared in films such as Balls Out, Ghostbusters, Office Christmas Party, and Rough Night. In 2022, Kate played the Tiger King subject, Carole Baskin, in the miniseries Joe vs. Carole.
