Kaila joined the channel in 2020. prior to that, she served as a daybreak reporter for KATV News based in Little Rock, Arkansas. Kaila worked there for 3 years 9 months from Feb 2018 to 2020. Also, Kaila served as an Anchor and reporter at KLEW TV in Lewiston, Idaho. She worked there for 5 years 6 months from May 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, Kaila worked as a Reporting Intern at KHQ-TV. She worked there for 5months from Jan 2016 to May 2016.
