Brian Karstens is an American Meteorologist. He currently serves as a weather forecaster at KELO-TV. The CBS affiliate is based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The channel broadcaststs on NTSC Ch. 11 (analog) and ATSC Ch. 32 (DT). Brian started his career in radio at the age of 16  by working for AM 1220, KJAN radio. That’s where  Brian really got a chance to practice the art of broadcasting.
