Sheldon became part of the Channel 7 news team after leaving WGNO, the ABC affiliate based in New Orleans. While there, he reported the network’s breaking news stories since 2006.
Sheldon is a Miami native and no stranger to South Florida media. He worked as a traffic reporter for Metro Networks from 2002 to 2004 heard on WQAM, WIOD as well as the voice-over traffic reporter on WPLG evening newscasts.
