He officially became a pastor at the Greater Bethany Community Church, which had an approximatly membership of 1000 members. Nearly a decade later the church membership had increased rapidly, therefore leading to the construction of the “City of Refuge.” It was constructed in 2003, in California with the capacity to accommodate over 17,000 members.
