Lynn Cullen ( Real name: Ida Lynn Miller ) is an American liberal radio talk show host. She currently serves as a host in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Most recently, Lynn served as the host of an internet radio talk show on the Pittsburgh City Paper’s website. Her show aired on weekdays from 10 – 11 am. Also, Lynn served as a regular panelist on WQED (TV)’s Friday evening program, 4802 until 2015 when she left the show.

Also, Lynn served as a regular panelist on WQED (TV)’s Friday evening program, 4802 until 2015 when she left the show. Before that, Lynn worked briefly on radio station WAMO-AM 860.

Her show aired on weekdays from 5-7 p.m. EST. Lynn and all other employees were abruptly laid off since WAMO and several sister stations were in the process of being sold as of May 15, 2009. On July 7, 2009, it was announced that Lynn would broadcast a one-hour Internet radio show on the Pittsburgh City Paper’s website with her first show starting on August 18, 2009.

From 1981 to 1992, she reported for WTAE-TV and her reports garnered her a number of awards, including three Pennsylvania Associated Press Broadcaster Awards for feature reporting, four Golden Quills for Journalistic Excellence presented by Pittsburgh Press Club, and also a 1991 Emmy award. In addition, the journalist received the Printer’s Devil Award from Women in Communications due to her ability to see the humor in the world and also to puncture the pompous among the people.

Lynn’s rigorous work against racism and bigotry was honored by the YWCA. From 1987 to 1997, Lynn hosted a radio talk show on WTAE Radio and was named “Best Talk Show Host” in Pittsburgh two times by the readers of Pittsburgh Magazine as well as  In Pittsburgh Newsweekly.

She was named as one of Pittsburgh’s fifty most influential cultural power brokers by The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
