Jordan Norkus is an American anchor and reporter. She became part of the WETN/18 News team in December 2019. Currently, Jordan serves as the channel’s Evening News Anchor. She has also been serving as a Server at Bar Bill Tavern since May 2022. While still a student at Sacred Heart, Jordan was involved with the student-run television news program, and newspaper, among other media-related clubs as well as activities.
Also, Jordan played leading roles within the university’s Theatre Arts Program. She was nominated for six BroadwayWorld Awards for taking part in Theatre Arts Program. Prior to making her way to Elmira, Jordan served as an intern as well as a freelance reporter for WSHU Public Radio based in Connecticut and Long Island’s NPR-affiliated radio station respectively.
During her free time, Jordan likes eating pasta, spending time with her family and loved ones, or binge-watching television shows.
