Jay Chandrasekhar ( Full name: Jayanth Jambulingam Chandrasekhar) is an American actor, screenwriter, film director, and comedian. He is best known for working with the sketch comedy group called Broken Lizard and also for directing and starring in the Broken Lizard films Super Troopers 2, Beerfest, Club Dread, and Super Troopers.
Jay has worked frequently as a television director since 2001. In this role, he has directed many episodes of Community and The Goldbergs. Also, Jay has directed dozens of other comedy series. Additionally, he occasionally worked as a film director outside of Broken Lizard projects. The most notable work in his capacity is the 2005 film called The Dukes of Hazzard.
