Jamie Gangel is an American journalist and television news reporter based in the United States. Currently, she is a CNN Special Correspondent since August 24, 2015. Before, Gangel was a national correspondent for the NBC News Today show since February 1992.

She had been a frequent contributor to NBC Nightly News, Today, Dateline NBC, and MSNBC, since joining NBC News in 1983 as a general assignment and political correspondent based in Washington, DC.
