Ian Schwartz is an American meteorologist. He currently serves as a morning meteorologist at CBS 13 KOVR. Ian joined the station in 2015. After he began his journalism career in Illinois, Ian worked in Albuquerque before going to Sacramento. AS a reporter, he has covered so many events such as blizzards, flash floods, tornadoes, wildfires, and drought among others.

After spending some years in the reporting field, Ian went to further his studies at Mississippi State’s broadcast meteorology program. When Ian is not doing the forecast in the morning,  he is probably hiking, traveling, or exploring the state and its beautiful environment.
