Fareed Zakaria is an American author and anchor. He is currently a CNN news anchor as well as the host of Fareed Zakaria GPS.  Fareed is also a columnist for The Washington Post, a best-selling author, as well as a contributing editor for The Atlantic. He started his program on CNN Global in 2008.
