Evan Roberts is a well-known American sports radio personality. Currently, he serves as the co-host of the Carton and Roberts radio show. Evan works along with Craig Carton and their shows air every weekday from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. ET. The show is broadcasted on the New York radio stations WFAN-AM and WFAN-FM.
His journalism career started as young as 10 years old when Evan had a golden chance to do updates for WFAN’s Imus in the Morning radio program. In July 2004, Evan was hired by WFAN as an overnight host. On Jan. 2, 2007, he moved from overnights to a midday show. On January 2, 2018, the show increased by 1 hour following the initial departure of Mike Francesa from his 1 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. show. Evan’s show now airs every weekday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
On January 2, 2020, the 13-year midday show got elevated to an afternoon program called Joe & Evan after a subsequent retirement by Francesa. The show now airing from 2 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. However, the new afternoon show lasted until November 6, 2020, when Benigno retired from full-time work, after a 14-year partnership with Evan. On November 9, 2020, a new show with Evan and Craig Carton replaced Joe & Evan as the afternoon drive radio show, broadcasting from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Apart from his regular WFAN work, on March 29, 2018, Evan launched The Evan Roberts Podcast on Radio.com. However, the podcast does not have a regular schedule.
